These terms govern your use of Studiohaus. They are placeholder text for now, replace with counsel-reviewed copy before launch.
1. Using Studiohaus
You may use Studiohaus for legitimate interior-design-firm operations. You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or use the service to send unsolicited communication.
2. Your data
You own the data you put into Studiohaus. We store it under the multi-tenant isolation rules described in our schema, encrypted at rest.
3. Billing
Studiohaus is billed monthly. There are no annual plans. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
4. Termination
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, fail to pay, or engage in activity that threatens other customers. We'll notify you by email before doing so when possible.
5. Liability
Studiohaus is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime or fitness for any particular purpose beyond what our SLA specifies.
